Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager who can lead our client acquisition and partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, building strong business relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow our presence in the creative media landscape

Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

1. Identify and reach out to potential clients across industries to promote the agency’s services.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive long-term business growth.
3. Understand client requirements and propose suitable creative solutions aligned with agency offerings.
4. Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to onboarding and account handover to internal teams.

Market Research & Prospecting
1. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, business opportunities, and potential clients.
2. Build and maintain a database of leads, prospects, and industry contacts.
3. Develop strategies to target key sectors relevant to media, entertainment, lifestyle, and marketing.

Podcast & Collaboration Outreach:

  1. Identify prominent personalities, influencers, and industry experts suitable for podcast collaborations.
    2.
    Reach out, pitch the podcast concept, and coordinate availability for shoots.
    3. Maintain a roster of potential guests and build long-term relationships for future collaborations.

Strategic Growth & Coordination

1. Work closely with the creative and production teams to align client expectations with deliverables.
2. Contribute to strategic planning, business proposals, and revenue growth initiatives.
3. Represent the agency at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Media, Advertising, or Creative industries.
3.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4.Ability to network, build relationships, and represent the brand professionally.
5. Proficiency in CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
6. Passion for media, podcasts, and creative collaborations is a plus.
