From brand storytelling to influencer marketing and podcast production, we focus on creating meaningful conversations that connect brands with people.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Writer who can craft compelling copies for social media, performance marketing campaigns, and brand communication. The ideal candidate should understand audience psychology, digital trends, and brand voice to create content that drives engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Content Creation:

1. Write engaging and platform-specific content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms such as reddit, website blog articles, Pitch Presentations etc
2.. Develop captions, hooks, scripts, and content ideas aligned with current trends.
3. Collaborate with designers to ensure content output aligns well with the copy discussed.
4.Maintain brand tone and voice across all social media channels.

Performance Marketing Copywriting:
1. Create high-converting ad copies for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other performance platforms.
2. Write compelling headlines, CTAs, and landing page content.
3. A/B test different copy variations to improve campaign performance
4. Align content with campaign objectives such as lead generation, conversions, and awareness.

Brand Campaign Strategy:

1. Contribute to ideation and execution of brand campaigns.
2. Develop content strategies based on target audience insights and brand positioning.
3. Create campaign narratives, taglines, and storytelling concepts.
4.Work closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive execution.

Research & Trend Analysis:

1. Stay updated with industry trends, digital culture, and emerging content formats.
2. Analyze competitor content and identify opportunities for differentiation.
3. Use insights to refine content strategies and improve performance.

Collaboration & Execution:

1. Coordinate with internal teams including design, video, and marketing for campaign delivery.
2. Ensure timely content delivery aligned with campaign calendars.
3. Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. 1–3 years of experience in content writing, preferably in digital marketing or media.
3. Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across formats and platforms.
4. Understanding of social media algorithms and performance marketing basics.
5. Creative thinking with attention to detail.
6. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Notion, or content planning tools is a plus.
