Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with 1–2 years of experience in editing content for social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and trends, with the ability to transform raw footage into engaging content that drives audience attention and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Content Creation:
1. Edit engaging video content for Instagram (Reels), YouTube (Shorts & long-form), and
other digital platforms, aligned with current trends.
2. Translate briefs into compelling visual stories while collaborating with creators, writers,
and designers.
3. Stay updated with social media trends and continuously suggest creative ideas and
formats to improve content performance.
4. Ensure high-quality output including video, audio, color grading, and formatting.
5. Manage multiple projects efficiently, adhering to timelines and delivery schedules.
Requirements
1. 1–2 years of experience in video editing for social media platforms.
2. Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects.
3. Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube content formats.
4. Basic knowledge of motion graphics, color correction, and sound editing.
5. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Added Advantage:
- Experience working in a digital marketing or creative agency.
2. Understanding of content strategy and audience engagement metrics.
